DEFENDERS Key Account Manager (Remote Location-Open) in INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana
The Key Account Manager is responsible and accountable for achieving annual revenue and profit goals for assigned Business Partnerships key accounts. Drives demand-generation and customer acquisition; oversees key account operations to ensure campaigns are compliant and executed in a cost-efficient, continuous-improving manger. Build relationships with stakeholders and decision makers at key accounts to support and enable DEFENDERS’ growth.
Grow existing partnerships to drive install volume and profitability through contract and financial models, performance and creative optimization, relationship management, and account strategy
Review key account business results and primary metrics daily. Partner with Director of Key Accounts, finanace, and analystics team to identify optimization and growth opportunities.
Identify, develop and execute new strategic opportunities to grow install volume and profitability.
Includes contract process, compliance support, compensation needs, escalated customer service issues, and campaign management for assigned key accounts.
Work with Director of Key Accounts to build and implement account goals and development plans that align with partners and business objectives
Travel to business partners to support partner relationships through education, incentives, added support, onboarding, and execution of marketing strategies.
Develop and deliver training and coaching to Business Partners.
Execute on communication strategy to adequately meet partners’ needs.
Serve as the primary liaison with DEFENDERS’ team members to ensure world-class partner experience.
Work with Business Partners, internal marketing services to develop compliant marketing materials.
Collaborate with Risk Management department to ensure Partner campaigns are approved, documented and launched in accordance to ADT and DEFENDERS guidelines.
Develop analytical tools, and processes to support Business Partners objectives and support decision-making
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably with a Business or Marketing focus.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to learn in-house software applications. Microsoft CRM experience a plus. Highly movtivated individual.
At least 3 years of experience and success leading major accounts. Experience in lead generation, account management, and consumer marketing preferred.
