DEFENDERS Sr. Digital Marketing Analyst in INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana


Job Summary:

This position is responsible for providing data, reports, analysis and recommendations to optimize performance of all Digital channels.


Essential Functions:

  • Develop reporting and create executive dashboards to track the performance of the following Digital channels: SEO, Social, Paid Search, Display, Email, eCommerce and Affiliate.

  • Develop actionable insights from digital analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Hot Jar, Optimizely, Monetate and others.

  • Synthesize insights into tests that channel managers can act on to improve on page performance, ad buying and understand customer characteristics and their path to conversion.

  • Coordinate and troubleshoot with Business Intelligence teams and IT as necessary to ensure data access and integrity.

  • Perform ad-hoc analysis and develop financial models to support complex requests as they are presented by the business.

  • Work with functional teams to develop framework and analytics to support business tests.

  • Work closely with IT and outside vendors to ensure accuracy of data.


Background & Education:


Bachelors Degree in Finance or equivalent business discipline.

Skills / Background:

  • Extensive Google Analytics/Adobe Analytics experience.

  • Experience with delivering actionable insights from A/B or multivariate tests and the software needed to run them.

  • Experience with SQL, SSAS or other database/analysis packages is helpful, but not required.

  • Ability to learn DEFENDERS supporting systems and software applications.

  • Excellent organizational and priority management skills.

  • Professional verbal and written communication skills.
