DEFENDERS Workforce Logistics Coordinator in INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana
This role is responsible for managing schedules, time off requests, and daily job assignments for Field Services while monitoring and adjusting job capacity and security advisor utilization to maximize installation opportunities.
Shift is 2:30p to 11p, one day a week closing 4:30pm – 1am every other week. If working a Saturday, having a day off during the week would be granted.
Responsible for creating new hire schedules, and managing security advisor time off within assigned locations.
Reassign jobs when necessary to maximize security advisor productivity
Assist security advisors with job ticket information when devices are out of service
Adjust install and service quota as needed to maximize job opportunities and improve customer experience.
Confirm appointment window with security advisor and/or customer when necessary.
Seek opportunities to improve installation rates and capacity as well as security advisor utilization.
Communicate opportunities, successes, and threats to their team leads.
Chat with security advisors to add equipment credit on installation appointments.
Make confirmations and/or reschedules calls when needed.
Communicate with other departments within DEFENDERS to assist with scheduling needs.
Education – High school diploma or equivalent.
Professional Experience – Computer literate with the ability to learn Defenders software applications and supporting systems
Minimum Years Experience – 1 year of call center experience, customer facing experience or similar experience in a technical related field preferred
Being able to sit without interruption for up to two hours per day. May be required to sit 6-8 hours per day
Visual acuity to read text and view a computer monitor for up to 8 hours per day.
Physical presence in the office during work hours for impromptu meetings and access to information/data necessary for the position.
